FAQ'S

  • Q: What is the deposit policy for booking a laser tag event with Party Plot?
A: You need to pay a $100 deposit when booking to reserve your date at Party Plot. The rest of the amount is due on the event day before we leave. Once we get your deposit, your booking is confirmed. If it rains or there's bad weather, you can get a full refund or reschedule for the next available date. If you change the date for any other reason, the deposit is non-refundable and you need to book again. This policy helps us ensure an easy booking process for everyone.
  • Q: Can we host a laser tag event at a public park through Party Plot?
A: Yes, Party Plot can help you host a laser tag event at a public park. However, keep in mind that each city has different regulations regarding the use of parks for such activities. It's essential to contact the local Department of Parks and Recreation to confirm that laser tag is permitted at your chosen location. Additionally, you may need to secure a permit and name the park on our insurance policy. Note that parks generally do not allow amplified music unless you have the necessary permits. To ensure a smooth planning process, please reach out to your local authorities and Party Plot for further assistance.
  • Q: What is the ideal space requirement for hosting a laser tag event with Party Plot and how flexible are you with different venue sizes?
A: At Party Plot, we pride ourselves on being a fully mobile Laser Tag Entertainment business, which means we can bring the excitement of laser tag to almost any location. While we can make almost any space work, the ideal area for a smooth and thrilling laser tag experience—especially for a group of 20 players—is roughly the size of a single tennis court. This allows us to set up an awesome laser tag arena using our inflatable barriers, ensuring plenty of room for strategic maneuvers and exhilarating gameplay. If your venue is smaller or configured differently, don't worry! Our team is skilled at adapting our setup to fit a variety of spaces, so we can still deliver a fun and memorable laser tag event. If you have specific concerns about your venue size, please contact us, and we'd be happy to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.
  • Q: What are the age requirements for participating in laser tag sessions at Party Plot?
A: At Party Plot, the safety and enjoyment of our players are our top priorities. Our laser tag blasters weigh approximately 2.5 pounds, which is manageable for most children but can be challenging for younger kids. Therefore, we recommend that all players be at least 8 years old. However, for parties specifically catering to 8-year-olds, we do make an exception and allow 7-year-olds to participate. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children younger than 7 years old due to the equipment's weight and the physical activity involved. This policy ensures that all participants can safely and comfortably enjoy the full laser tag experience.
  • Q: Do parents need to supervise?
A: At Party Plot, safety and enjoyment are paramount. It's essential that all players are able to use the laser tag equipment safely and understand the field rules. If these conditions are met, they won't need additional supervision. However, parents are always welcome to supervise their children during the game. Additionally, our professional Game Coach will be on the field the entire time to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. This makes our mobile laser tag experience both fun and secure for all participants.
  • Q: What are the power requirements for hosting a laser tag event with Party Plot?
A: All of our equipment at Party Plot is battery-powered, ensuring a seamless and portable gaming experience. This innovative feature means we do not require access to an electrical outlet for events lasting up to six hours. If your event extends beyond six hours, we will need access to an outlet to recharge our equipment. This flexibility makes it easy to host laser tag events virtually anywhere, from backyards to parks without worrying about power logistics.
